Personal Training Programs
Our goal is to give you a fitness program that motivates you and provides you the results you want.
We offer traditional one-on-one training as well as small group personal training.
Each program begins with a personal consultation. Here the trainer will get to know you better, discussing with you, in-depth, your health history, exercise history, nutrition history and fitness goals. After the consultation, your fitness consultant will customize a program to fit your abilities and goals.
Beginning measurements are part of our fitness package and include a Tanita Body Composition (Fat%)Measurement, Circumference Measure, and Body Weight Measurement.
