I believe the body requires diverse movement to develop all of its physical capacities. The training programs that I advocate combine strength, balance, mobility, agility, coordination, speed, and power. This gives my clients the best result for an active lifestyle. No matter what your age or your goals, you should be trained in a manner that develops broad physical capabilities.

  • Education: M.S. in Applied Health and Sciences from Indiana University, B.S. in Kinesiology

  • Certifications: CPR/AED First Aid Certified, AHA; Certified Personal Trainer, ACSM (2017 – present); FMS Certified

  • Personal Training: High Intensity Strength Training

  • Fitness-Related Interests: Sprint Triathlons, Marathons, Half-marathons, Gymnastics

  • Achievements: Served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as Military Police 5811

  • Goal: Help the client safely and effectively strength train by understanding their goals and designing a workout that maximizes their effort.
