What Makes Fitness by Design Different?

Unlike most health clubs or gyms, Fitness by Design does not sell memberships. We have no long-term contracts or membership fees. Access to name brand equipment, clean locker rooms, and a bright open fitness studio area are complimentary. What clients do pay for is expert fitness coaching and personal training instruction. Our certified professional trainers conduct a thorough consultation and screening, and design a healthy workout customized for each individual that may include:

  • Strength Training

  • Cardio Training

  • Muscle Building

  • Functional Fitness

  • Sports Performance Training

Our fitness clients include women and men, youth and seniors, beginners and athletes; and our custom training programs can be slow and gentle or high intensity - whatever works best for your fitness objectives, whether you’re a busy mom or a retiree. You purchase a month at a time, or a small package of workouts - no long-term commitment required!

Our state-of-the-art facility comes equipped with all the workout and exercise equipment that you need, from Life Fitness, Nautilus, MedX, Hammer, Concept II, Rogue, Keiser, and so much more. Kettlebells, Medicine balls, Barbells, etc....all with a dedicated personal trainer who will help you improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, balance, and metabolism.

We also offer Personal Nutritional Counseling, and have a few unexpected amenities onsite. You can even get spa-like treatments from an onsite aesthetician and massage therapist.

We take the time to have a conversation with you in order to create an individualized plan that will optimize your health and overall well-being.  

After the plan is set, you will meet your personal trainer and they will help you maximize your results, providing motivation and accountability on your journey.
