One-On-One Personal Training

One-on-one gives you the most personal service. 30, 45 or 60 minutes of personal attention and coaching from a Fitness by Design expert personal trainer. We begin with an in-depth Fitness Consultation, conduct a thorough assessment of your current fitness level, and develop your custom workout plan to meet your individual health and fitness goals.

Clients that benefit the most from this type of training:

  • Desire individualized accountability and attention

  • Have extremely busy and/or difficult work schedules

  • Don’t have time to plan their own workouts

  • Are working toward a specific athletic sporting event, race, or physical challenge with limited time to prepare

  • Have recently finished physical therapy, but require additional instruction and supervision to get back to their previous physical capabilities

Two-On-One Personal Training

Two clients sharing one personal trainer gives you a great deal of individualized attention and accountability at a lower cost than one-on-one coaching.

In order to personalize your exercise plan, we strongly recommend individual Fitness Consultations and initial workouts. After that, you team up with your friend, spouse, coworker, etc. to get the best workout at a great value. Participants typically have very similar schedules or flexibility in their schedules.

Close friends, spouses, other family members, and business partners work well in two-on-one personal training. A similar physical capability is not required.

Yoga & Balance Classes

Intermediate Flow
Mondays @ 8:30am

This class is a Vinyasa style flow, meaning we’ll be moving between poses more than a typical yoga class. The class begins and ends with breath work. Expect a thorough warmup, some flow, and holding a few challenging poses. Get ready to work and learn about your body. No yoga experience is necessary!

Functional Movement
Fridays @ 8:30am

This class is not a traditional yoga class. It focuses on balance and mobility as we age. This class is a great partner to yoga or strength training.

Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays @ 8:30am

This is a Hatha yoga class. Expect to warm up the joints, then move on to a series of poses. We’ll be holding poses for 30 seconds to a minute. Expect lots of feedback and helpful cues. This class is great for beginners new to yoga practice, and for reducing stress.

Small Group Training

Three or more clients to one trainer is considered Small Group Personal Training. Our Small Group gives you plenty of personalized attention from our experienced trainers.  The benefits of scheduling in a Small Group are:

  • Working out at peak times is convenient for you. Early morning and evening times fill up fast and this gives you an opportunity to come in at those times.

  • Camaraderie of a small group setting.

  • Share the price of personalized service.

  • More personal accountability and structure than a class size setting.

  • Small Group can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length.

6am Class With Rob

Strength and Conditioning class with Rob occurs each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:05am-7am.

This class begins with a structured warm-up designed and led by Rob, then moves into the Strength Training focused Workout of the Day.
