  • Certifications: CPR/AED/ First Aid and FAI - Functional Aging Specialist

  • Personal Training: High Intensity Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training

  • Fitness Related Interests: Hiking, Canoeing, Backpacking, Kettlebell Training, Biking, and Golfing.

  • Achievements: Personal Training since 2013.

  • Fun Fact: Over the past decade, I have canoed hundreds of miles of various rivers across the country.
